Provided with the necessary briefing, ALTEN KEPLER created an intuitive and practical tool that visually represents the work in the production using Kanban methodology to manage the process of an auto repair.
The cloud-based solution can be accessed from anywhere and it’s secure, stable, and reliable. One of the biggest challenges in this project was to modify Jira in order to provide more information than the Agile boards allow.
The solution is deployed on a large size touch screen on which activities can be repositioned with the swipe of a finger. It enables real-time vehicle status information to be shared with interested parties.
