Our client asked for 6 consultants from ALTEN Romania and ALTEN France to join forces in Paris and ensure the maintenance for its rail design software.
The rail design software had predefined parameters (platforms, lines, signaling), and required optimization and bug-fixing from our team.
This was a Fixed-Price Project.
